Long Akbari stands as Iran's most distinguished pistachio variety — unmatched in length among all cultivated types. Its slender profile, naturally wide split, and rich, complex kernel flavour have earned it a reputation as the benchmark for premium export-grade nuts.
Grown in the pistachio-producing regions of Kerman Province, Akbari trees require more careful cultivation than other varieties, resulting in a lower yield but a distinctly superior, sought-after nut.
In addition to in-shell forms, Long Akbari is also available as raw kernels, roasted, and salted & roasted — covering luxury retail, foodservice, and gifting channels.

Salted & Roasted
Roasted and finished with a fine salt coating. The most popular retail-ready form worldwide. Balances Akbari's natural depth of flavour with a perfectly seasoned finish.
