We offer four premium Iranian pistachio varieties — Jumbo, Long Ahmad Aghaei, Long Akbari, and Fandoghi — each available in four processing forms: Natural Open, Artificially Open, Closed Shell, and Kernel.
Fandoghi
Iran's most widely exported variety. Compact and round with a vibrant split, consistent sizing, and full-bodied flavour — ideal for processing, snacking, and food manufacturing at scale.
Jumbo
The largest Iranian pistachio, prized for its bold size, naturally wide split, and rich buttery flavour. A benchmark for premium export-grade nuts sought by discerning importers worldwide.
Long Ahmad Aghaei
An elongated, thin-shelled variety with a delicate kernel and mild sweetness. Highly sought after in European and East Asian markets for its refined appearance and consistent quality.
Long Akbari
The longest Iranian pistachio on the market. Distinguished by its slender profile, naturally open shell, and rich complex taste — the preferred choice for luxury retail and premium gifting.
Four Processing Forms
All four varieties are available in each of the following forms. Custom sorting, sizing, and packaging specifications are accommodated on request.
Open Shell
Naturally split during ripening. The shell opens on its own, revealing the kernel inside. Ready for direct consumption, snacking, or retail packaging without further processing.
Closed Shell
The shell remains fully intact with the kernel sealed inside. Preferred for certain export markets where extended shelf life and visual uniformity are priorities.
Half-Open Shell
Partially split — a naturally occurring grade that sits between open and closed. Appreciated in specific regional markets and available as a sorted grade on request.
Kernel
Shell fully removed to expose the raw pistachio kernel. The preferred form for food manufacturers, confectioneries, bakeries, and industrial buyers requiring further processing.
