The Long Ahmad Aghaei is one of Iran's most commercially important pistachio varieties. Its elongated shape, thin shell, and characteristically mild, sweet kernel have made it a staple in European confectionery and East Asian specialty food markets.
Grown across the premium pistachio-producing regions of Kerman Province, this variety produces a high split ratio and naturally uniform sizing — making it ideal for both premium retail and food-grade processing.
In addition to in-shell forms, Long Ahmad Aghaei is also available as raw kernels, roasted, and salted & roasted — covering retail, foodservice, and industrial channels.
