The Jumbo pistachio — known locally as Kalleh Ghouchi — is the most coveted variety in the global export market. Its exceptional size, naturally wide split, and rich buttery flavour make it the benchmark for premium-grade pistachios.
Cultivated across the arid highlands of Kerman Province, where hot summers and cool nights produce the ideal stress conditions for full kernel development and maximum split ratio.
In addition to the standard in-shell forms, Jumbo pistachios are also offered as raw, roasted, and salted & roasted — making them suitable for retail, foodservice, and industrial channels alike.
Shell & Processing Options
Jumbo pistachios are available in three shell configurations. Open Shell is offered in two distinct forms — Natural and Mechanical.
The shell splits naturally during the ripening process on the tree. This is the most prized form — indicating full maturity and optimal kernel development. No mechanical intervention.

Available across all shell configurations, our Jumbo pistachios can be supplied raw, dry-roasted, or salted and roasted.
Raw
Unprocessed pistachios in their natural state. Preserves full nutritional value and original flavour. Ideal for processors, manufacturers, and buyers who apply their own treatment.
Roasted
Dry-roasted at controlled temperatures to develop a deep, complex flavour profile. No oils or additives — simply enhanced by heat. Available in all shell forms.
Salted & Roasted
Roasted and finished with a fine salt coating. The most popular retail-ready form worldwide. Perfectly balanced between the pistachio's natural richness and a savoury finish.
