Fandoghi is available in three shell configurations. Open Shell is offered as both Natural and Mechanical forms.
The shell splits naturally during ripening, revealing Fandoghi's compact, round kernel. The most common and widely recognised form across global markets.

Raw
Unprocessed in natural state. Preserves the full nutritional profile and Fandoghi's full-bodied, well-rounded flavour. Preferred by processors who apply their own treatment.
Roasted
Dry-roasted at controlled temperatures to bring out Fandoghi's full-bodied flavour with a warm, toasted depth. No oils or additives. Available in all shell forms.
Salted & Roasted
Roasted and finished with a fine salt coating. The most popular retail-ready form worldwide. Balances Fandoghi's rich flavour with a perfectly seasoned finish.
